RESPONSIBILITIES：

1.Machine & detailed design, components selection, technical drawing preparation;

2.BOM and technical documentation preparation;

3.Supervisor of the machining, assembling & commissioning;

4.Improvement on equipment manufacturing and commissioning;

EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical and automation.

2.Minimum 3 years of experience of mechanical design, experience of food or refrigeration machine design preferred.

3.Proficient in mechanical design, mechanical drawing standard and specification, knowledge on metal working and machining, such as basic sheet metal processing, cutting, welding, etc.

4.Knowledge on mechanical schematics, familiar with machine installation codes, hands-on experience is necessary.

5.Skilled with 3D software (SolidWorks/ProE/Inventor) & Auto CAD;

6.Familiar with weak current control circuit, ability of independent analysis and troubleshooting. Master electrical control principle and PLC working principle and programming;

7.Excellent Microsoft office skills, good English skills of reading, listening, speaking & writing.

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN shanghai 4 Bachelor’s degree mechanical & automation

RESPONSIBILITIES：

1) Assembly and debugging of mechanical parts.

2) Parts processing, including cutting, grinding, rolling bending, drilling, tapping, welding and other work.

3) Parts testing and inspection.

4) Installation, commissioning, after-sale service.

EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1) Familiar with mechanical maintenance tools, at least 3 years of experience in equipment assembly and commissioning.

2) Graduate above technical secondary school, lectromechanical specialty, ability to read mechanical/electrical/pneumatic drawings.

3) Highly responsible, rigorous and meticulous. Hard-working, can adapt to overtime job on project sites.
